Google the Miller v Intellicell lawsuit.

I don't have Pacer , but 1 site pacermonitor came up with a document list with one saying the case was dismissed.... That would be a positive if accurate.

Loose legal ends and Meeting FDA criteria probably need to be addressed before any money infusion and IR coming aboard.
