I just received a responses from Scott Vanis concerning a R/S. Here is his response below.



Dear Brock,

There is a lot of noise about a reverse split, but this idea did not come
from me nor the company. As part of an uplist, we will need to address the
share structure; however, there is no point in even talking about the price
per share or share structure requirement until we have conquered the
stockholders equity requirement. I was very clear about that being the focus
just 48 hours ago.

I challenge you and every shareholder to block out the noise and make
decisions based on your research, confidence and tolerances.
