Megola Inc (MGON)

Hey B...wondering if you could give me a quick history w/ MGON.? I saw it's a 'sub' of MDCN which had a monster move the last 2 days. Wondering if MGON has enough potential to make it's own move to .01 as well. Can't do much research right now but may take a shot here tomorrow. Saw it had a decently low float. What else? Other division? Revenues? Possible shares out there that haven't been accounted for yet....for further operations?
