Hey Red, too bad that you had to buy these additional shares on the day when those trading numbers were different, but we have not seen the end of this company.

Do not be fooled by any comments about this company being the same as all the other Chinese companies that have defrauded shareholders--what has happened to FCPG is nothing but a set of events that could have been avoided and could have changed the outcome.

Right now the Chinese company has assets that duly belong to shareholders, but because Wang feels that the Chinese company is separate from FCPG he is acting in his own way thinking that he is immune from legal action. He has invested a large portion of the 3 million dollars from the units offering into building a warehouse which really belongs to FCPG. We all know that the company is still in the business of medical internet order processing and since it is one of only 3 companies in Kunming(6 million people)I am sure business is doing well.

Actually, the more Wang works to build the business into higher sales the better it will be for shareholders when at a later time some insiders will decide to take some type of legal action that will be worthwhile even if legal expenses are involved. Wang can never list this Chines company on any Chinese exchange because any investigation will disclose the listing status in the USA.

One way or the other someone is going to get Wang and put him against the wall.....
