I'd like to think that you're right, but they already HAVE hyped the 15% dividend. They announced it first on May 2, and have expanded on the subject 3x since then. The price has not budged. The volume 5/19 was 171 million; that's $17k in trades. I'm not sure there's a pulse to find on this one...

Then again, the dividend goes to shareholders of record on June 1. Maybe a lot of would-be flippers and unscrupulous boiler-room bastards will swoop in in the last days of May and drive the price all the way back to two one-hundredths of a cent. That's where my limit order sits, and that actually gets me out a few bucks ahead.
