I think the company is real and maybe way undervalued, but my concern is the SEC and lack of financials, and the SECs nasty habbit of killing the trading of stocks, especially China stocks, that are non reporting for this long on financials. I would feel much safer if they filed at least one audited 10-K for the oldest missing annual report.
