It depends on where you bought and expectations for the future. Considering the drivers for any pps are future expectations, it suggests understanding where a company is going in order to predict pps direction.

The contrarian case being made is "nothing can possibly be happening because the company hasn't reported its financials". What is factually known is that 3 machine sales have taken place during FASC's current fiscal year or more than $1 million in revenues. I think we can all agree this has been documented while not via FASC, but by the equipment buyers. Of course, anyone wishing to contact the company will also get direct confirmation of those sales.

The DD being done provides a glimpse into future events and indicates 4 more machine sales this fy and financials being brought current. I suppose the DD is what will make your "lottery ticket" valuable or not. Of course, if the extent of DD that is being conducted is the SEC reports only, I suppose the only answer is to sell since nothing is verifiable. That also begs the question why invest in a company in the first place if SEC reports are the only criteria needed? SEC reports aside, my observation is that most "investors" in penny stocks do so based on PRs only. The more of them regardless of their veracity, the better and the more valuable a stock is. Reality, of course, is something a little different. FASC had a track record of being compliant with the SEC for several years and like a number of companies hit a bad patch with the economic depression. BN has done a great job in keeping the doors open and slowly (unfortunately) getting more sales. I don't believe this will be a record year for FASC revenues, but it will be a good year. Their accounts payable is getting cleaned up if not back to current; some of the long-term debt might also be paid down.

On balance, there are issues that need to be resolved. The anx though seems to be mostly about when not if these are fixed.
