03/23/2015 Amended Current Report Filing (8-k/a)



I saw this today and It is at least for me a great thing that WWAG is doing all by writting and informing properly and officially. Let all of us be honest, that's not the rule in OTC and less in situations as we are.

As I wrote several times (anyone can check)

I never get dissapointed or worry about the delay of the date to merge. And I said because it is normal this kind of delays happens. Sometimes delays are long longer and Company stay in silence about. I said that to me April was the month I still keep in calm with no info. And 2 days ago WWAG comunicate via an 8-k/a update just one week later the first date expired.

If anybody asks me, ... what a great managment we have !!! They are always clean and keeping market and shareholders informed. And been honest as all the time, all parties (WWAG/Alcom/Genie) signed in the road to do the Merge.

New date is April 17, some issues to be paid and fullfilled
