happydog,I believe most port deals would have nothing to do with the government.I think the Savannah Project was a private deal and I dont see why others would be different.Also,I usually hear companies winning government contracts without going into further details and I dont understand why with HISS it would be any different.I believe that using government secrecy as an excuse for not announcing contracts does not make sense.Have a good weekend.
