They are going thru a whole restructuring and moving forward with a new plan because the old one obviously didn't work. So I'm just waiting to see what happens because I've seen this work with another couple deals and I got some preferred shares that protected me against the dilution that was happening from the debt removal. They are trying to remove all debt so they can go out and acquire some equity to put on the balance sheet and get the company to have enough equity to eventually qualify to move up. I think the process takes awhile but I'm just waiting to see if the dividend gets approved because that will give everyone who owns common some preferred as long as they have a 100,000 or more shares.
