Times 150 truckloads = $5,760,000 according to my math with the above assumptions, plus or minus $500,000. Again this is just considered heresay during arguments in court.

After further digging, it turns out that the two distributors that claimed the 150 truckloads were not the ones that Iehab held confidentially. These two distributors with the truckload qty had been identified and playboy had sent them letters to stop using the playboy logo.

Bottom line is that for me it looks like there is pent up demand for the product only constrained by the courts decision or some agreement between the two parties. If I am playboy the lower cost solution is to extend the agreement and share in the revenue stream so everybody wins. A change in leadership at playboy could be the solution here to end the bad blood.
