Notwithstanding the foregoing, the maturity date of the Note shall accelerate and the Note shall become due and payable within 15 days following the date that we (i) obtain recoveries from enforcement of any patents or intellectual property rights of a minimum aggregate amount of $1,000,000 through settlement judgment or licensing and (i) we close on the sale of any equity or equity linked securities in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 net proceeds to us.
