The lower stock price is not proof of diltuion...

do you mean that the company has expanded its OS? Or are you saying that more shares that were in the OS but restricted are out?

Big difference - for my part hard to say about the latter...but for company value the key is the OS.

This is a fragile stock....very small following...easy for those who wish to short to have huge effect...

Until the company transparently reports revenues and orders, as well as something of a roadmap of scale forward, additional growth of means of production, and professional IR, the company will be vulnerable...

but that is why it is also an opportunity....it wont take much to get this back running up...
