I have some shares I've bought, but pretty minimal. I'm not a buyer right now, and it's because there's not an end in sight for this lawsuit. I have $4500 invested at an average of 20.5 cents. Not to brag, but that's not much for me. This could sink to sub penny if the company doesn't report or have any kind of settlement by the end of the year. At the same time, a big settlement, and some actual press could send it over 50 cents in a hurry. I don't believe this instant 2+ dollars on an settlement, unless it's gigantic, which I truly doubt. I can't even imagine what the lawyer fees are at this point.
