FWIW, I also use TDA. It took until about 1:00PM EST before "ECIGD" appeared in my accounts.

I was able to view L2 earlier than that using "Trade Architech".

I attempted a "short sale" (not that I was going to do it) and still received the message "can not short OTCBB stock".

I entered a DAY sell order for $50.00 and it was accepted.

I entered a BUY order for 167 shares at $1.25 as a "test" and to round out my new share count around 2:45PM. 100 at 1.23 filled immediately and the 67 balance filled 10 minutes later at 1.25.

So I was definitely able to buy, but since nothing actually "sold" at $50 bucks I can't confirm a sell!
