If the company required working capital, they would need to acquire it from a lender (as the company can't sell their own shares from the share treasury and realize the gain). The company could issue shares to the lender in exchange for capital, and the lender could then exercise those shares at whatever time they are allowed to do so. If the company chose to execute such a plan, they would need to file an 8-K with the details.
