I am not saying anything negative about BIAD, and it may well turn out great, but I'm a bit surprised that you're not familiar with businesses like MicrocapResearch.com., of which there are many.

As their disclaimer plainly states:

All information on profiled companies is provided by such companies, or is available from public sources and no representation, warranty or guaranty is made as to its accuracy or completeness.

And, of course, they are paid. And, of course, the purpose is to sell stock.

Again, I'm not saying that there's the slightest thing wrong with this or disparaging BIAD itself in any way.
