SLTD will close above 50ma at some point this week. It will become support. The real question is how high above and how long will we stay above 50ma when we close above it. I just worry about acquisition news. How much will JN put down on another company? How much dilution will we have? What will the shares value be at in the deal? Will we see a move to lower levels again and how low could we go before Q2 this summer?
I don not feel JN will use most of the money from the offering to buy a company. Maybe 15 to 20% and the rest in stock.
