What ever traders/shareholders there are, they sure have not done much for the PPS I agree. But sub penny OTCs will always attract this especially when the PPS has reached affordable level for anyone it makes it not very nice. When the PPS is pennies or 10 cents + not as many low ballers can afford it. Sub penny always brings out the worst traders especially with the record volume of the past it made it to easy to get in and out IMO BETS
