EB 5 is on the table. No reputable law firm that sponsors EB 5 takes stock. I have a friend in Hong Kong that does EB 5 and has been for years. First you need to have a law firm get your cleared with the State of Texas. Then anyone a broker, individual etc etc can get paid for intorducing foreign nationals to a project, company building project and so on.

There are no up front fees of stock free trading or not little boy that are involved. Unless like the companies you are involved in is a sham.
