Well, let me see ...
if I've got this straight. Do you honestly think that the share price will go that low and a MASSIVE SELL-OFF will ensue after the Company files its 10-K ??? Don't you think that most people, especially insiders, related folks and past execs, already know what to expect regarding 4th Q and fiscal 2014 numbers ???
Even people here know what to expect, yet we haven't seen anything close to your predicted MASSIVE SELL-OFF. Why do you think that is ???
Have you even considered anything other than the 10-K when making this wild "$0.60 to $0.90 range" prediction ???
Heck, I'll bet ya there are some people here besides myself who have hopes of hearing some pretty positive news; consequently, they're still hanging onto their shares, albeit with a few exceptions.
No, with all of these frantic posts today, I think you're trying to convince yourself and perhaps others here that there will be no good news, and I suspect you'll be wrong about that, and once again wrong regarding the share price and the selling !!!
Sorry, but your premiss seems flawed to me and, consequently, just doesn't make a whole lotta sense ... that's just my opinion, of course, but what the heck do I know ???
