There are 14million shares on OTC. 76million in stock certificates and 410million in stock certificates control my Golden Mark International. Currently they have 20 small mining operations which they are charging for mining rights. Currently $800,000 monthly revenues from small mining operations. IMO they have improved the roads and doing large scale mining. 2nd quarter results coming out in August should be big. Check with stock companies and you will find out that the stock price has to reach $1 a share before they will accept stock certificates for trading. I am just waiting for August.
