Correct, before or after the signing of the PSC's is a kind of BIG difference. Probably did not make myself clear enough, or assumed the question to be more specific.

Anyway, it feels great to be out of jail.

Great to see that Pistol Pete is taking this SEC thing serious, I hope. I suggested it before in one of my posts on I-hub.
