the access road goes thru Labrador and I believe Quest was in talks with the native tribes to partner on the road. the Quebec gov't will be a big player when it comes to luring manufacturing companies to build near the plant in southern Quebec; tax breaks; and financing.

Mineralized core intersections of between 27.6 m and 199.69 m were returned from the drilling. Best assays returned 1.48% total rare earth oxides plus yttrium (TREO+Y(1)) over 62.8 m (drillhole ML14026) including 1.72% TREO+Y(1) over 27.6 m. The drilling results also returned important levels of scandium oxide (Sc2O3) between 0.0235% to 0.0351% (235 to 351 grams/tonne Sc2O3) over the drilled intervals
