What you are being a stickler on is I don't right messages that are three pages long explaining in detail everything. But trust me I understand exactly what is happening with conversions and possible future conversions. What I am pointing out is what looks like to be happening. Is AS decrease AS max and RS. the damn OS is already 600 million. The only thing that would give me any sort of confidence of no RS is if they lowered the AS to 1 billion then it might be able to make it. Other wise I am seeing what they are trying to do and that is get away from the current PPS they are in and the traders that come with it by RSing and raising the PPS to a higher level to try and acquire higher quality shareholders IMO BETS
