Like I said Iliad will take at least another 4 months of over 200 million shares at this PPS. Summit is a hole other story. As we are not sure how they will convert yet. Only an idea from the S1 filing. We will see. Currently at the 600 million OS Ilaid would pretty much max out the AS if they lower it to 850 million. So things are not adding up. If the S1 takes 6 months things are really not adding up? BETS
