Now all they have to do is issue a PR Iliad is paid for next month and they won't be converting the $37.5K come April 1st. That may give the shareholders a little more confidence. However if Iliad does convert and they still plan to lower the AS you can bet an RS is in the making so the S1 should complete the AS maxing out then they RS the bad boy to get on the OTCQB. BETS
