You are right that r/s is currently a non issue, but it is a forward looking issue that I don't think should ever need to be done or even hinted at IF the company is doing as well as you say and as well as your forward looking statements make it appear. We have had our posts before back and forth and you know I am a long so current valuations aren't as important to me as revenue growth and debt reduction. That is probably why the feeling i get from the info yesterday suggesting IMO a r/s hits closest to me. A R/S IS NOT GOOD IN ANY WAY FOR CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS.

Anyways, I have stated my opinion re: r/s, but how did you come up with your numbers? Why 2x sales and not industry avg? Not debating with you, I just believe industry avg is closer to mid teens then 2x.

Also, if ANYONE can explain to me where the Avanzar revenue was recorded on the financials I would appreciate it. I believe it is still included in top line revenues, but I thought it was $450K/month which alone would put us around $1.3 million just from Avanzar. Am I mistaken? Maybe the $450K was quarterly? Semiannually??
