BEWARE OF BARRY AT INVESTOR RELATIONS FOR TRTC. He uses TRTC to platform other pump and dump stocks like STOY and UPPR where you can't sell or you break through the float. TRTC has to many toxic loans disguised as insider sales. Maybe buy TRTC right before the new year. You are in for pain until then.
