Tried to find the bottom of the dip and had an order at $2.61, and some trades executed there, unfortunately, not mine.

Not too bad, 6% drop mid-day, and I really don't like RS, but so much positive news recently and upcoming, I still think NVIV is a strong buy.

Still could see some volatility in the PPS, but in the long term this path might be the best for the company and the shareholders.
