INTERNATIONAL SALES – The Company will be attending the Cannes Film Festivaland Marche du Film in May, 2015 for the purpose of supervising ongoing licensing activities of properties, as well as proceeding with ongoing acquisition of film rights. Properties for which international rights are owned or controlled by Hannover House or Medallion Releasing shall be divided into three primary categories: a). Event Level Pictures (e.g., “Mother Goose: Journey to Utopia”); b). Mid-Level Pictures (e.g., “The Summoning”) and c). Genre’ product (e.g., “Shadow Vision”). Further details of the sales partners involved in these categories of titles, and with title specific ventures, will be released to the Shareholders prior to the Cannes market.
