Man I just do not know what is going on but something just don't add up.Even HEC is getting nailed and that one was .99 just 3 weeks ago.Is this the MM's way of forcing us to dump to they can profit when these 2 stock make their runs? IMHO HEC is worth $8.00 a share and PRVB $2.70........getting frustrated here
