Wonder if they are going to supply OTC with EOY filing, or they become Delisted as current info at end of this month. Since deal was announced in Nov 2014, there will need to be at least some info in that report on new health care company, not much probably, but it will need to be mentioned. I guess if one has to bet on when news will come out, it may be close to time they submit EOY filing since I doubt they will look pretty, but that is just a guess to try and explain even though EOY may look bad, they have this going for them??? Possible but just a guess as one can only do right now. New poster here may have more info to share also IMO.
