Non sense if they are trying to move to a different trading tier such as QB or QX or even AMEX or higher it would be critical to reverse split it and keep the share structure at 50-100 million shares. At higher PPS they would have to dilute less as long as they produce revenues they should be able to sustain a PPS after reverse split. I would bet they do an RS after Summit has maxed the 850 Mil AS.
