fact is these managers take NOTHING compared to what other CEO's of most other co's do..



I am confused on this statement..

And deferred salary is worthless until the co grows and propers..



Propers????? and also... ERIC... ALREADY CONVERTED CASH INTO SHARES... !! AND HE CAN TAKE ANY PORTION OF HIS SALARY ANYTIME HE WANTS... NO ONE CAN SAY DIFFERENT.... !!! NO ONE... THERE IS NO CONTRACT THAT SAYS HE CAN'T.... IF WE GET IN 2 MILLION THIS YEAR.. HE CAN SAY ANYTIME HE WANTS.... I'll TAKE 100K... 200K... OR ALL THAT IS OWED HIM AND FRED !! PERIOD!!
