How could you possibly know what the float is?

Worst case scenario: Looter had multiple days where hundreds of millions of shares were dumped into the market.

So you just figure that the float can't possibly be over 1 Billion at this point and base your "low float" on that?

What happens when he fires up the presses and spits out another 2 Billion shares? Then you bail?
