Maybe we don't hear about them as it could cause a stamped of volunteers , demanding to be let in as they are in a desperate situation. This assumes current participants are progressing nicely.

Added thought here to think about. IF IF IF KEVETRIN were to be found to have NO SIDE EFFECTS at all , reguardless of the dosage , then in time KEVETRIN if found effective for CANCER could possibly become an over-the-counter drug. Now wouldn't that be a hell of a medical breakthrough
