WTMK having an active STATE corp. biz registration didn't help with SEC review...because they don't check to see if companies are liscensed to do biz in any state... http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/BusinessEntityDetail.do?quitButtonDestination=BusinessEntityResults&nameTyp=ENT&entityId2=19871290199&srchTyp=ENTITY&fileId=20011119039&masterFileId=19871290199 Failure to file the 15-12 filing to deregister that requirement is what is monitored... Looking more like possible long term capital gains with future reverse merger changes with the grey sheet status now... Tip on grey sheet bidding...if you wanta have a bid in around current levels it needs to be entered before a ninny prints the price down...Most brokers won't take bid orders much above recent trading price on grey sheet companies...Grey sheet companies only trade by appointment anyway from what I've noticed...LJ
