Just my opinion, there was no reassurance of not doing a RS like there has been in the past. Plus the pps was highlighted imo as to one of the reasons they can't uplist. I think they are trying to prepare us for an RS. I have had $MINE for a long time now and remember in the past where they said no RS but empasized a share buyback. Not to mention a buyback this time is a little disconcerting to me.
