You're correct. If the company was real, it wouldn't be listed on the Pink Sheets. It would be on the OTC-QB (or higher), its financial statements would be audited, and insiders couldn't sell their shares without filing disclosures. Furthermore, they couldn't make claims (like not needing FDA approval for L.F.) without bona-fide documents to support the claim. If there were lab results, they'd be public knowledge, not a secret!

Companies like this are all about a good story not a viable business plan.
