Not unless the company decides to split the AS by 15 to be in line with the OS split. It's always a big red flag if they leave the AS and RS the OS because it leaves a huge pile of shares to dilute.

I'm looking for the official filing that goes with this release because they did not state the current OS either which is another red flag. It should have been 300m because that was the max AS before this action. Strange that they didn't state it though.

We are at 20m (most likely) with 280m of shares open for dilution. Last time they had that much to play with, this went down from $20 to 5c but lets see whether they are more responsible this time.
