"Alloy" bought the Delia's Brand at auction on or around that time and must have put that out on the FB/Twitter. To save the online /catalog future sales.

They auctioned off the production warehouse already I believe!

Most of the locations were leased in Malls so as far as I know they do not have any other Real Estate assets not showing "current market value" on their books that could save them like other past BK plays.

The "Street" would've Spoken already! IMO
