For those who use Ameritrade:

For some reason Ameritrade's system has always shown ANY as an OTC:BB stock. I had noticed it previously when I entered tried to enter Stop Market limit buy orders. It would reject my order and say that only Stop Limit buy orders were allowed on OTC:bb stocks.

Then today when I went to enter an after hours buy order, I got the message that they were not allowed on OTC:BB stocks.

So I called Ameritrade. Turns out their system had ANY incorrectly listed. They now have made the change and now ANY shares have none of the previous restrictions. They even gave me 5 free trades for pointing this error out to them.
