No proof re dilution....

and i doubt it...that said the float may be larger...old vencor holders...any from deal reported in the OS but being sold....

it is too low here for any but holders who were awarded basement price or totally dont care (but wrong time of year at this price)...mgt and co would be committing suicide to to sell shares down here..

the key is the co,,,if the potetial is realized this will move back very very fast ...but the real missing piece, as others judge, is mgt....are they able...who besides MM and JG are guiding....we need a professional diligence presentation and transparency...no $ will engage unless....and this never goes anywhere
