Hey guys. I just called Madison Stock Transfer, and the current O/S is: 402,894,127, with an A/S of 5,000,000,000. This means that the company has not pumped any new shares into the market since taking over as NVOB. I have no idea what is going on here, but there is NO dilution to date. It's not over until it's over.
