BreakingGood no one guranteed that there would be a announcement on any specific day. The history of the company is proof that things take way longer then expected. I agree that Elite is really nothing of any consequance to VSPC as there are no synergies. My guess is that we will hear very little to nothing until after the Annual Report. This would be in line with what the company has done in the past. That being said if there were to be something substantial to announce then they will get that out ASAP. There is no indication that Dr Schewe is in any rush to push the PPS up unlike Dr K who needed to sell shares to keep the company afloat.
I trust the company is moving forward with the best interest of the company and shareholders in mind.
In as much as you are guessing I may as well post my guesses.
