Re. 17th. Nothing happened on the 17th. If it did, it hasn't got to this board yet. I reckon it was Hogwash, so far anyway.

I hope this company NEVER gets involved in Reverse Mergers. Mr Voaden created a Reverse Merger way back in his PPA days and he Ni-on Bankrupted the company. He sucked the whole life's blood from that Co. and given half a chance may do it again. Old Voaden is lying low, probably plotting and planning all sorts of fine details. a) How to get out of this fix and b.) How much more can he/they screw (with assistance) out of this company while he's still on it!
