What the...Don't want to see a buyout? What's the rationale??? I'll take a buyout for anything north of here which would probably be between $12-$15 before the bidding war starts.

No offense of course, but it's mind boggling to me that folks would rather wait a couple years for a potential $30 PPS versus taking a buyout of $15 today. I'm a bird in the had kind of guy. Maybe from a tax perspective it may be a hit which I understand...but still give me $15 today and in the first one out.
