Summary of my talk with Tony last night...I read a list of issues and concearns as flippers/traders/investors have posted or messaged me in private, SOME I READ TWICE!
1- I asked about the status of financials, Tony said the records are with the auditors and MLHC is waiting on the auditors to finish and deliver ALL reports and filings, etc.
2- I explained that although I've never called to verify, I've been told the TA is gagged. Tony says "NO" he never gagged the TA and has communicated to the TA to be open, the TA has not. Tony is still working on the issue. (Continued on 3)
3-I asked if MLHC would include share structure in PR'S or some how keep us updated. He said he that's a possibility and/or he would look at posting it on the website with periodic updates until he gets the issue with TA resolved.
4- I asked if MLHC has been diluting in the last approx. Five months and he said "NO".
5- I asked him if he thought it would have been easier to do a massive RS when MLHC was at trip 2 and open the the dilution gates? He said it would have brought the company in more money, but no, he is committed to doing the right thing and hoping to see everybody win.
6- I asked how everything is moving along? He said a tad slower than they hoped but all is moving along.
7- I asked if we are still expecting PR'S soon? HE said YES!
