ask your sharp attorneys what is the probability of proving the management of the company screwed over shareholders - if they say anything other than 0% - get advice from different attorneys

no sharp attorney would give advice without some sort of legit documentation so I assume you are receiving general good feel advice - I am not even sure what you can possibly ask an attorney specifically about msgi that would constitute knowing their sh*t, given the amount of known unkowns is material let alone the unkown unknowns ( just thinking like a scientist at your request )

Ask if anything illegal based on factual documentation has been done that can be questioned in a court of law that hasn't already been dealt with? The answer better be - I don't know - or else get sharper attorneys.

I am no attorney nor do I consider myself sharp but what you describe as corporate shuffling that is not so good to msgi shareholders can easily and I mean very easily be construed as saving the company - two sides to every story

the only thing you wrote what you can possibly do is provide third parties the information where JB has questionable character - however, the fact that no conviction has yet been handed down trumps all emotional pleadings. But I wish you well in this endevour and hope you succeed. I would definitely consult a sharp attorney before taking the plunge, the consequences of doing it wrong will hurt.

I speak from personal experience on the above. My point is shareholders losing out due to incompetent or even unethical management is something that is near impossible to prove let alone win.
